From the DE/MD stateline, travel West on MD-273 for 1.4 mi. At the Appleton Rd traffic circle, take the 2nd exit to stay on MD-273 West for 6.4 mi. (You will pass the Fair Hill area). At the Blue Ball Rd traffic circle, take the 2nd exit to stay on MD-273 West for 8.0 mi. At the Tome Hwy traffic circle / MD-276 traffic circle, take the 2nd exit to stay on MD-273 West for 0.6 mi.
