From the intersection of DE-1 & US-113 in Milford, DE. Continue on DE-1 South for 24.53 mi. Turn slight left onto DE-1A (toward Rehoboth) & proceed 0.8 mi. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Columbia Av & proceed 1.0 mi. Turn left onto Surf Av and proceed 280 ft.
