        It was told to me that recently a long-time club member told a new member they needed hiking shoes. It is my option it really comes down to personal preferences. I have seen some members who like running shoes over hiking shoes. People must make up their own mind as what is best for them. You certainly can tell people what works for you and why, but it is a preference. The following link provides information to make you think about your needs.
