Please Ignore Membership Expiring Notices from Future Website

April is working hard to develop our new club website. She has developed an excellent format, and it works well to handle club events, and directories and event lists. However, there are a number of membership issues that need to be resolved on the new website before we can “go live” and transition our membership database over to the new website, at which time members could have the option of paying online. The latest goal is to “go live” on April 1, 2019.

In the meantime we are processing renewals for the 2019-2020 membership year the same as we have always done them. We have the same renewal form (Membership Application/Renewal), and members can send me the form with any changes along with their renewal check.

Even though the membership portion on the net website is not functional. the developing websites are sending out automated renewal reminders. Today the net website w sent out the 30 day renewal reminder for memberships expiring on March 15, 2019. These may be valid reminders, and members who receive them should go ahead and renew for the 2019-2010 membership year by mailing in a renewal check IF THEY HAVEN’T ALREADY DONE SO.. Members who have already renewed (see below) should IGNORE THESE REMINDERS,

Members registered on the net website who have already renewed: (NOTE — I WAS OFF SKIING AND HAVE NOT YET LOOKED AT RENEWALS THAT WERE MAILED AFTER FEBRUARY 2. I AM DOING THIS TODAY)
