In addition to our usual spring trip, this year we are offering a second visit to the “Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania”, timed for peak fall color. We will offer hikes of varying length with views overlooking the Pine Creek Gorge, and bike rides on the rail trail beside the creek (bring your own bike or rent locally). Water level in Pine Creek is usually too low for kayaking but there are lakes nearby (Lyman Run, Hills Creek, Tioga/Hammond). In addition, there are sightseeing opportunities including in the Finger Lakes region of NY which is just over the state line. Accommodation at Susquehannock Lodge includes a cooked breakfast and an evening meal, with bag lunches available for an additional charge.
