2022 Cross Country Ski/Snowshoe Schedule

We are excited to offer a cross country ski/snowshoe event schedule for 2022. Dates have been added to the calendar, and you can see the entire schedule in the Skiing Bulletin here: https://wilmingtontrailclub.org/about-skiing/skiing-bulletin/

We have some favorite trips, and a few new ones. We will be returning to some tried-and-true lodges like 1880 House and Eagle Mountain House while some leaders have opted to stay at AirBnBs. As you review the schedule please look for “Deadline” as a number of trips will cancel if participation is low to avoid losing deposit money.

Process and Policies
Be sure to subscribe to the 3 skiing forums on the WTC website, as updates to the schedule and other important information will be posted there.
Pop-up trips and local outings will be posted on the forum.
Reservations for XC ski/snowshoe trips will be accepted on a first-come basis.
You must reserve your spot with the leader first, even if you are required to make your own lodging reservations.
WTC members (and members’ family and significant others) have first preference in signing up for trips.
Refunds for cancellation will be made based on the policy of the lodge.
Updates on trips that fill up, still have openings, or are cancelled, will be posted in the forum.
All decisions and rules established by trip leaders are final.
