The Wilmington Trail Club Council cordially invites members and guests to our annual Dinner/Meeting at Ed Oliver’s on Saturday, April 20! Come socialize with your fellow club members, learn what’s new, and if you have led 5 WTC events or more – come and claim your award! It is a great way to re-connect with fellow club members, friends and outdoor enthusiasts from all four club disciplines: Hiking, Paddling, Skiing and Cycling. You are welcome to bring a nonmember guest.
There will be a cash bar from 5:30 to 6:30 to be followed by our dinner/WTC meeting. The buffet dinner menu includes salad, a main entrée, vegetables, desert and coffee/tea. A vegetarian option is available, and if there are special dietary restrictions they can be discussed with the restaurant – please contact Aram if this applies!
After the meal, there will be a short annual business meeting, followed by our main speaker. The speakers name and subject will be posted later.
The cost for the banquet is $30 and it will be held at the Ed Oliver Golf Club. Seating is limited to 120 attendees, so please sign up as soon as possible. Bookings will be allowed until we reach capacity or April 12th 2024, whichever comes first
You can sign up for this event by filling out the event booking information below. You can pay by PayPal or Credit Card by selecting that payment method on the “Pay With” dropdown menu and submitting your booking. Credit Card payments are processed by PayPal as guests and do not require a PayPal account or login. Alternatively, you can “Pay by Check” and send a check for $30 per person made out to the Wilmington Trail Club. Send it to Aram Terzian, 8 Victoria Court, Hockessin, DE, 19707. When your payment is received, you will be e-mailed a confirmation notice. If you are unable to book online, you can register by paper using this form.
