Email Leader to sign up no earlier than Monday, 3/22/2021, 6 days prior to the hike. The leader will reply to your requested sign-up. The first 9 members to RSVP the leader via email will be confirmed to join the hike. Don’t forget to layer up for the variable weather in March.
This is a COVID-19 compliant hike so only 10 hikers (including the leader) will be able to attend. Do not show up for this hike without preregistering. This hike will follow the WTC Covid-19 guidelines. Please have your mask, maintain social distancing, and bring sanitizer, your own pen to sign the hike release form, water and a snack to eat while we’re hiking (if desired).

From the intersection of DE-2 (Kirkwood Highway) & DE-7 (Limestone Rd), head northwest on DE-7 N/Limestone Rd for 3.2 mi. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto DE-72 S/Paper Mill Rd for 2.3 mi. Turn right onto Smiths Mill Rd (Fairhill School Dr). The parking lot is on the left.
There is no assigned street address for this location, so use the GPS coordinates if possible! Access to this lot is on the west side of DE-72, exactly 1 mile south of the CVS, which is at the corner of DE-72 and Polly Drummond Hill Rd/Corner Ketch Rd. There is a street sign for Smith Mill Rd on the other side of DE-72. The Whitley Farms trailhead is here. This area also includes the “remote control air-flying field”.
