Access to this lot is on the west side of DE-72, exactly 1 mile south of the CVS, which is at the corner of DE-72 and Polly Drummond Hill Rd/Corner Ketch Rd. There is a street sign for Smith Mill Rd on the other side of DE-72. The Whitley Farms trailhead is here. This area also includes the “remote control air-flying field”.
