We will hiking on an asphalt paved but very hilly trail, so trekking poles are recommended.
This hike is limited to 10 people and you must RSVP the leader via email no sooner than 6 days before the hike . Other respondents beyond the first 9 will be added to a second hike and notified if there has been a cancellation in the first hike. Please provide the leader with your phone number for notification in case of cancellations.
A second hike covering the same route will commence at 10:30 composed of those waitlisted from the first hike. It is important that those accepted to the first hike arrive for their meet-up at 9:45 to depart at 10:00am. Members informed they are included in the second hike are to arrive at 10:15 for meet-up and departure at 10:30am. Anyone needing to cancel from either hike should contact Leader 1 by 8:00am the day of the hike, who may then contact others waitlisted who didn’t get into either hike.
Do not show up for this hike without preregistering. This hike will follow the WTC Covid-19 guidelines. WTC has a new liability release form that is available on this website. Please read it. Please bring your mask, sanitizer, water, any snack and your own pen for the sign-in process.
