Join us for a fast paced ramble through the woods and fields in this lovely park just minutes from downtown Newark Delaware. Potential leaders note that there is shotgun deer hunting in the Carpenter section of WCCSP (please avoid). Bring water,  lunch, snack, dress for the weather. If there is hazardous driving due to weather, please consider staying at home. Drive to the hike only if you are comfortable with driving there. As there is no currently appointed leader, there is no mechanism for knowing if the hike is cancelled.
