This is a hike on mostly dirt or gravel trails, through woods with rooted trails and across a stream and open fields. Plenty of ups and downs, so trekking poles are recommended.

WRITTEN DIRECTIONS:
From the intersection of DE-2 (Kirkwood Hwy) and DE-72 (Possum Park Rd). Take DE-72 north for 1.7 mi. Turn right onto Possum Hollow Rd & proceed 0.4 mi. Turn left onto the dirt road, before the Tri-State Bird Rescue Center & proceed 0.4 mi. The parking lot is at the dead end of the dirt road.

Also known as “Possum Hollow”. This County parkland is between two sections of White Clay Creek State Park.
