We’ll hike a loop, that includes the Tri-state and Arc Corner Markers in White Clay Creek. The trail is established and maintained. This mostly wooded hike will begin and end at the leader’s home, with no walking along paved road sections. Expect a couple of hills. Wear sturdy shoes and bring water. Bring poles if you use them. Estimated time does not include optional staying for Pot Luck gathering. If staying for lunch, please bring food to leave at the house for a tasty pot luck meal right after the hike. Bring clean socks or slippers to wear inside during the potluck. The White Clay Creek State Park – Nature Center lot, 1475 Creek Rd, Newark, DE 19711 …is half way around the loop. If you want an early out, you’d need to leave a car there.
