DESCRIPTION: (Wear appropriate clothing & bring water! Below are some special instructions: what to bring, relative difficulties, interesting features, & carpooling directions.)
This is a hike with frequent roots on paths near water in heavily forested areas. There are also partial shady, wide gravel and some paved paths in open areas. Some areas can be quite damp or with puddles, dependent on recent rains. The terrain is flat throughout, but trekking poles are advisable due to the number of tree roots and possible puddles. The last time we made this hike was in late March of 2021, so there was not much tree cover at the time. This hike will provide the experience with greater tree cover.
