Memorial Day honors those who lost their lives while defending their country.
This hike will be 4-5 miles at a moderate pace through Old New Castle. Old New Castle, the former capitol of Delaware before Dover, is where William Penn landed before he went up into Pennsylvania. Visit and think back to what it must have been like during Colonial times. Lunch plans can be discussed during roundup. Enjoy your holiday!
