WRITTEN DIRECTIONS:
From I-95 take Rt. 141 (Basin Road which becomes Washington St.) all the way east until it dead ends at 7th Street. At that stop sign make a left. At the next stop sign make a right on South Street. Stay on South through the stop sign at 6th until you pass 5th street. The parking lot will be on your right.
LOCATION NOTES:
“The River Road” historical marker is at this location. Parking lot is to the right of the Senior Center parking lot. We will meet-up at the parking lot on the right side of South Street in New Castle between West 5th and West 4th Streets. The New Castle Senior Center is behind this parking lot and Goodwill Fire Co. is across the street. Restroom available at the Senior Center.
