Event
WHEN:
DATE: 12/17/2022
TIME: 10:00am-12:30pm (Prompt start, estimated end.)
MILEAGE: 4.5 miles
DESCRIPTION: (Wear appropriate clothing & bring water! Below are some special instructions: what to bring, relative difficulties, interesting features, and carpooling directions.)
Try our 2nd club hike at this recently opened 577 acre nature preserve. We’ll be hiking wide trails along the Octoraro Creek and up thru the rolling forests and fields above the creek.
Expect some hills but nothing real difficult.   Also, some mud in places so boots are suggested and poles optional. There’s also a very cool unique part of the trail that’s unlike any other trail you’ve ever hiked on. You’ll have to come to see though.
