WRITTEN DIRECTIONS:
From The DE/MD state line, proceed on US-40 West for 1.9 mi. Turn left on to White Hall Rd and proceed 0.6 mi. Turn left onto MD-213 South and proceed 18.5 mi. You will be crossing the Chesapeake City C&D Canal Bridge. Proceed through the towns of Cecilton and Fredericktown. The driveway to Toal Park will be on the left. If you get to the town of Galena, you have gone too far.
