From the intersection of US-13 & DE-72. Travel south on DE-72 for 1.5 mi. Continue strait onto DE-9 & proceed 2.4 mi. Cross the small C&D Branch Canal bridge, but not the Reedy Point Bridge! Turn left at the Fort DuPont sign. Immediately turn left onto New Castle Ave / Old Elm Ave & proceed 174 ft. Turn right onto Delaware Ave. / Oak Ln & proceed 0.1 mi. Then turn left onto Kent Ave / Colter Rd & proceed 0.1 mi. This old lot is on the right, before the buildings.
This property was previously known as the grounds of the “Gov Bacon Health Center”. It is next to Fort DuPont State Park. The street names are new and may differ from what shows on your map.
