DESCRIPTION: (Wear appropriate clothing & bring water!  Below are some special instructions: what to bring, relative difficulties, interesting features, and carpooling directions.)

Meet at 8:30 at the Dart Bus Park & Ride at Brandywine Town Center (near the Christmas Tree Shop).  We will take Dart Bus to the trail head at the Jewish Community Center and hike 9 miles thru 1st State National Park back to cars.  Expect moderate hills and stream crossing. Bring lunch and water, hiking poles recommended.  (According to those who did this hike a few weeks ago it was a lot of fun.)

Bus fare: $2.00, reduced fare for over age of 65 is $0.80.You must have Exact fare, no change available on bus.

WRITTEN DIRECTIONS:
From the intersection of I-95 & US-202. Proceed north on US-202 for 5.1 mi. Turn right onto DE-92 (Naaman's Rd) & continue 0.6 mi. Enter the shopping center at the first left, main entrance. Turn right and then left at the first road past the pond. Then make 3 rights to circle the lot and enter.


LOCATION NOTES:

The Brandywine Towne Center Park and Ride is located across from the pond and the Christmas Tree shop.
