DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From the DE/MD state line, take MD-273 west for 1.4 mi. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Appleton Rd north for 1.2 mi. Turn left onto Black Bridge Rd & continue across the Appleton North parking lot & proceed 1.0 mi. At the covered bridge, turn right on Tawes Drive for about 1/4 mile, parking is across from the Nature Center.
