Please join me for a 5-mile hike on the shaded, paved trails from Delcastle Recreation area to the Weatherill path and back. The path is paved and wide enough to walk comfortably and you can wear sneakers or comfortable walking shoes. There are, however, some serious hills! Bring water as it is likely to be hot. Meet and be ready to hike at 9:00 a.m. There are no park fees and plenty of parking is available.

WRITTEN DIRECTIONS:
From the intersection of DE-2 (Kirkwood Highway) & DE-7 (Limestone Rd). Take DE-7 north for 0.6 mi. Bear right and take middle fork onto McKennans Church Rd & proceed 1.3 mi. Delcastle Recreation Area will be on the right. The tennis court lot is the last entrance on the right just before traffic light at Duncan Rd.
