Carousel Park, Pike Creek, DE

Please meet and be ready to hike at 10:00 a.m. at the Carousel Park entrance on Limestone Road close to Old Linden Hill Road (where the picnic tables are located).  We will hike about 4 miles and there will be some hills along gravel, dirt and hard paved paths. Bring water and snack.

Driving Directions:  From Limestone Road N. (Rt. 7) go past park’s two entrances on the left and make a U-turn at Old Linden Hill Road.  From Rt. 7 South, take first entrance to park on the right.  No park fees at this location.  Street address:  3700 Limestone Rd. Wilmington DE 19808

 

From the intersection of DE-2 (Kirkwood Highway) & DE-7 (Limestone Rd). Take DE-7 (Limestone Rd) north for 1.9 mi. Make a U-turn at Greenwood Dr & pass Old Linden Hill Rd.  Proceed 0.3 mi.  The entrance to the lot will be on the right.

This is where the summer farmers market is held.
