If you wished there would be hikes on Monday, this is your opportunity to start your week with a good workout and join me departing at 10:00 am at Thompsons Bridge for a 7 mile hike at a 3 mile pace. Trails include woods and fields, rolling terrain, steep hills, mostly shade and beautiful views of the Brandywine. Can be muddy in spots. Bring water, snack and bug spray.
