DESCRIPTION: (Wear appropriate clothing & bring water! Below are some special instructions: what to bring, relative difficulties, interesting features, & carpooling directions.)
Wear warm clothing, as it is likely to be cold and could be windy, and comfortable hiking shoes or boots as road is unpaved but smooth and flat (no hills). There will be a dinner option after the hike. Please note the later time, as we hope to see snow geese and other waterfowl in the evening hours.
This hike is limited to 10 people and you must RSVP the leader by email no earlier than 6 days prior to the hike (starting Nov. 23). If you register for the hike and find that you cannot go, please let the leader know right away so that someone else may take your place.
We will follow state law regarding Covid-19 rules: You must have a mask with you readily available on the hike and you must use it if you cannot maintain 6 feet of distance from anyone not in your household, including fellow trail club members and others also using the trail. NO EXCEPTIONS!
