WRITTEN DIRECTIONS: From the intersection of DE-13 where it joins DE-1 South (toll road) to first Smyrna exit 114A. Or to avoid toll, exit DE-1 from the Roth Bridge onto DE-13 South. Follow DE-13 South through Smyrna passing DE-6. After passing a cemetery on left, make a left turn at the light onto Leipsic-Smyrna Rd. Follow this road which eventually merges with DE-9 South. Shortly after the merge, look for a brown sign for Bombay Hook on right and Whitehall Rd on the left. Turn left and travel 2.2 mi to the entrance to the Refuge.
