Due to rain forecasted for the afternoon, this hike will now be started at 10:00 AM with a lunch option at Bella Villa restaurant.

Wear warm clothing, as it is likely to be cold and could be windy, and comfortable hiking shoes or boots as road is paved and flat (no hills).  There will be a lunch option after the hike at Bella Villa restaurant in Smyrna.

WRITTEN DIRECTIONS:
From the intersection of DE-13 where it joins DE-1 South (toll road) to first Smyrna exit 114A. Or to avoid toll, exit DE-1 from the Roth Bridge onto DE-13 South. Follow DE-13 South through Smyrna passing DE-6. After passing a cemetery on left, make a left turn at the light onto Leipsic-Smyrna Rd. Follow this road which eventually merges with DE-9 South. Shortly after the merge, look for a brown sign for Bombay Hook on right and Whitehall Rd on the left. Turn left and travel 2.2 mi to the entrance to the Refuge.
