Note: Hike will start at 9am due to possible crowded parking and warmer weather. This will be a hike on both sides of the Brandywine, looping from Thompson’s Bridge to Rockland…and back. Trekking poles are advised as the south side will be on trails through woods across roots, rocks, etc. North side is gravel trail with paving near the end. If there are muddy wet conditions we will hike out and back on the North side gravel trail.

From the intersection of US-202 & DE-92. Proceed west on DE-92 for 0.3 mi. Turn left to stay on DE-92 & continue for 1.4 miles. The lot will be on your left, just before the bridge over the Brandywine Creek.
