This is a 4 to 5-mile hike in the park and into town. Meet at 10:00 a.m. in the parking lot of the main entrance of the park.
Driving Directions: from Rt. 202, go south on PA Rt. 1. Take the Kennett Square exit off of PA Rt. 1 (just past the Longwood Village Shopping Center and Walmart). At the bottom of the hill going into Kennett Square on East State Street (approximately 1 mile), turn right onto N. Walnut Street. Stay on N. Walnut Street for approximately 0.4 miles. Turn left into the park entrance and follow to the parking lot. GPS address: 405 N. Walnut St. Kennett Square, PA.

WRITTEN DIRECTIONS:
From the intersection of DE-141 & DE-52. Head northwest on DE-52 N (Kennett Pike) for 2.4 mi. Turn left onto Old Kennett Rd and proceed 4.7 mi. Old Kennett Rd turns slightly right and becomes PA-82 N for 1.5 mi. Turn right onto E Cypress. About 8 blocks, turn left on S. Walnut, Turn left onto Old Baltimore Pike (E State St) for only 190 feet. Turn right onto N Walnut St, Walnut Street becomes Walnut Road. Continue about 0.4 miles. Main Park Entrance will be on the left. Continue to large parking lot on right.
