HIKING Multi-day Backpacking -- for 16-17 miles on 06/25/2022 - 06/26/2022 @ All Day -- We’ll do a loop from World End SP visitor center to the iron bridge via the link trail and back to the visitor center via the Loyalsock Trail. Since the trails at times are very steep and rocky, some prior backpacking experience will be required. Please contact Jin for more details and to sign up.
HIKING Saturday Medium Hiking -- for 8 miles on 06/25/2022 @ 8:30am - 12:30pm -- Join us for a fun hike through wooded trails with a few hills to make it a challenge. Bring lunch, bug spray and plenty of water. You never know what you may see. On the last hike we saw deer, fox, a pileated woodpecker and a hawk.
HIKING Saturday Long Hiking -- for 15-17 miles on 06/25/2022 @ 9:00am - 3:00pm -- Meet at the “Woodlawn Trustees” parking area next to the Courtyard by Marriot hotel at 320 Rocky Run Parkway by 9 am for a brisk 15-17 miles. Bring appropriate clothing, water, lunch and snacks. Trails are well travelled with roots and rocks. There may be an occasional minor stream crossing.
