Local Sking - Dec 19 

I am going to try Carousel Park off Route 7 at 1PM on Saturday, 12/19.  The trails are wide and not too steep.  Join me for a first ski of the new season. Pace and time on the trial will fit the group that shows up. Meet at the upper parking lot which is just off to the west side of Route 7; it is north of the main Carousel entrance and south of Old Lindenhill Rd.

I will plan a second ski meet for Sunday, 12/20 but not make a posting about that until later.

The sking was good at Carousel so long as you didn't mind snow blowing in your face.  You'll have to take my word for it because no one showed up and I skied alone.  I'm planning to ski again on Sunday, 12/20 but am not sure what road conditions will be like.  So if you are interested in group sking on Sunday, send me an email or give me a phone call and I'll put you on a call list.  I noticed today that many of the park entrance roads are not plowed, however Delcastle Recreation area was being plowed.
